If you ordered online at myonecondoms.com and received product that is damaged during shipping, email email@example.com and we will ship you a replacement.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org within 30 days of receipt of your order.
Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout. If a return to sender is issued, the customer will incur the shipping costs to re-ship the order. MyONE® is not responsible for replacing an order or paying to re-ship for orders sent to an incorrect address.
